Pureland ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Poker Solver Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Training session history (hands played, scores, EV loss)
• Learning progress and streaks per position
• App preferences (theme, haptics, sound settings)
• Daily trainer hand count

This data is never transmitted to our servers. It remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• No user accounts or login credentials
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or other device data
• No advertising identifiers

2. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat processes:

• Transaction data (purchase date, product, price)
• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)
• An anonymous customer identifier (not linked to your personal identity)

Apple

Apple may collect crash reports and basic usage analytics through its built-in services. This is governed by your device settings and Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/privacy

3. No Advertising or Tracking

The App contains no advertisements and uses no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track your behavior, build profiles, or share data with advertisers.

4. Data Security

All user data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite databases. Subscription transactions are processed securely through Apple's StoreKit and RevenueCat's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Your Rights

• Delete your data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
• Manage subscriptions: Use the Customer Center in the App or Apple's Settings > Subscriptions.
• RevenueCat data: To request deletion of subscription records, contact us at the email below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
